Sheffield Offers Office Leasing to Young Entrepreneurs
The Property Assist Programme of the Sheffield Chamber of Commerce has introduced a scheme at the new Omnia One and Quadrant office locations, aimed at helping new companies. Adaptable lease contracts are available to attract the young entrepreneur.
The Director of Business Development for the Chamber, Paul Reeves said the scheme is designed to help the increasing number of Chamber members, particularly start up businesses.
The two office areas are situated in the City Centre and good transport services are available nearby. So the companies do not have to spend time on finding office space. They are close to the
Property Assist was designed by the Chamber and its property affiliates to offer leases, short and long period to businesses. This is a new step by the Chamber. Paul said that they want to grow property connections. He said that Sheffield Chamber of Commerce has an increasing property database so the Chamber tells its members to contact its business development team, to discuss requirements.
